We booked BB Castle Hire for our annual summer funday and from start to finish, the customer service and product was 10/10!
The booking was professional and efficient. Their paperwork was well written via email. Payment was easily sorted too.
On the day of the event, their staff came in and set up without any issues and same on collection of the castle/slides at the end of the day.
Will definitely be using BB Castle Hire again and recommended them to others!

They we are absolutely amazing. The guys that came to set up were friendly kind and explained everything. And when they came to collect the whole team came to take down and they all were lovely, helpful and respectful. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a bouncy castle to use them. You won’t be disappointed.

Great firm. Hired for a 10th Birthday party.
They turned up on time and called ahead to confirm. Set up was quick and efficient and the kids (and adults!) had a blast!
Collection was also timely and efficient although some of the kids didn’t want to get off the assault course.
Team were friendly and informative and worked extremely hard on a hot day.
Will be using for my 7 year old next month and my 5 year old after that!

Great communication from BB castle hire when booking and I asked about sizes.
They were on time on delivery and pick up. Bouncy castles were also wiped down on arrival. Thank you very much. We would recommend again!

Hired football shootout and sumo equipment for daughters 18th. Recommend these guys 100% from start to finish the service they provided was excellent. Efficient, friendly, helpful from start to finish. The equipment is of great quality and very entertaining to use, hours of fun had by all. Thank you so much I will definitely be hiring again in the future.
