Would highly recommend this company!
Cheap deposit and confirmation instantly. The men arrived early which was great so my little girl got time on the castle before her party started. They spoke to my daughter and engaged in a conversation and seemed interested in it being her birthday. Really friendly guys! The castle was put up and wiped over, so the cleanliness was 10/10! All the kids absolutely loved the Bluey bouncy castle. Will definitely be booking again for my youngest daughter’s birthday party!! Thankyou so much!!

The team delivered and collected the bouncy castle exactly at the times they said they would. The set up and clearing away was very quick and efficient. Really friendly guys. Asked us if everything had been alright and if we'd had a good day. The castle itself was in perfect condition and very clean. Great choice of themed pictures for the children's bouncy castles. We'll definitely hire from BB Castle Hire again and happy to recommend them to others.

Really happy. Booked a Frozen bouncy castle with slide. Good communication before the day. The delivery guys were there in plenty of time before the party and were polite and pleasant. Good communication about how to switch off the bouncy castle if needed (we didnt need to). They arrived exactly at the time they said they would to collect. Set up and clear away were really quick and efficient. They made a point of asking if everything had been ok. Would definitely use this company again. My daughter and her friends all had a great time.

Excellent service from start to finish. I enquired late on a weekend and received a pretty much instant reply to my email. The prompts and reminders up to the day were helpful and the delivery drivers on the day not only picked up and collected pretty much at the exact times I requested (even though they are very clear there may be variation dependent on what's on) but they were friendly, lovely to the kids and really good at their job. Amazing job, will definitely use again. Thanks everyone, a happy birthday boy and family!
