Great firm. Hired for a 10th Birthday party. They turned up on time and called ahead to confirm. Set up was quick and efficient and the kids (and adults!) had a blast! Collection was also timely and efficient although some of the kids didn’t want to get off the assault course. Team were friendly and informative and worked extremely hard on a hot day. Will be using for my 7 year old next month and my 5 year old after that!

Excellent service from start to finish. I enquired late on a weekend and received a pretty much instant reply to my email. The prompts and reminders up to the day were helpful and the delivery drivers on the day not only picked up and collected pretty much at the exact times I requested (even though they are very clear there may be variation dependent on what's on) but they were friendly, lovely to the kids and really good at their job. We used BB Castle hire for our event on 6 July, hiring the penalty shoot out and Gladiator duel inflatables…products were great, communication was excellent both at booking and in the lead up to the event. Booked a frozen castle for my child’s 3rd birthday party, BBCase hire were very accommodating they were able to drop off and collect around my choosen times. They sent a confirmation email 5 days before the event with all the information on which was useful Drop off and collection was very smooth & quick. Booked for a PFA Fun Day at school, recommended by another member of the PFA and reassured by the fact that the inflatables are safety checked and insured. Best price I could find for giant slide and bouncy castle package and the slide was perfect for this sort of event because children can go up and down quickly so the queue moves quickly. Read that the inflatable could arrive anytime between 7am and 12pm which didn't work because of the school lunch break so phoned to ask whether it was possible to arrange a later drop off, they agreed to arrive at 1.30pm. Also, needed collection between 5pm and 6pm and called to check this would be possible. Thankfully, since it was a Friday (and maybe because we needed less time rather than more), it was. Normally, the first one they drop off is the first one they collect. Recommend calling if you need drop off and pick up within a timeframe, they are as accommodating as they can be within their schedule. Clean, enjoyable, high quality inflatables, set up and put down professionally, great customer service (I also called to pay by BACS and again to check the length of the cables, they were very patient!).

Fantastic can not rate high enough. From start to finish this booking was the easiest part of my son's birthday party arrangements. I called the day before to check in and Lee reassured me and kept my mind at ease with the booking. Arrived on Sunday and had the castle ready quickly and was taken down promptly allowing me to wrap up the birthday in time for my end time of my booking. Absolutely fantastic service that deserve more than 5 stars if I could. Would recommend to anyone looking for bouncy castle. A good price for hire.

Amazing communication. I was worried about the weather and I was told I could cancel and rebook within 2 weeks so I don’t loose my deposit. I luckily didn’t cancel as I really wanted it for Eid. It was a smooth service I booked the bouncy castle online very easily and received a message the night before on arrival times. We were really happy with the set up with the Peppa Pig bouncy castle and the friendly service from the man who delivered the bouncy castle who was great with communication.
