BB Castle Hire is a Leicester-based, family-run inflatable hire business providing bouncy castles, party equipment and larger event attractions for customers throughout Leicestershire and surrounding areas. Since starting in 2013, we've developed from a small local operation into a business supplying everything from children's birthday entertainment to equipment for schools, businesses and large public events.

Although our equipment range has changed considerably over the years, the principles behind the business remain much the same: provide well-maintained equipment, communicate clearly with customers, take safety seriously and make arranging party entertainment as straightforward as possible.

It All Started With Three Bouncy Castles

When BB Castle Hire was founded in 2013, we had just three bouncy castles available for hire. We were a small business with a simple objective: provide reliable inflatable entertainment for local families and build a reputation that would encourage customers to book with us again.

Over the years, we've invested in additional equipment, expanded our delivery coverage and introduced new types of entertainment. We've also worked to improve the booking process and the information available to customers before their hire.

Today, our range extends well beyond the three inflatables that started the business. But our history is about more than adding equipment. It's also about the customers who have continued to use BB Castle Hire as their families and events have changed.

For customers wanting something different, we also offer Bounce & Slide Inflatables, Disco Domes, Inflatable Slides and Soft Play & Ball Pool.

Our larger event equipment includes Assault Courses, Interactive Inflatables, football games and additional entertainment suitable for different event formats.

Why We Continue Investing in New Equipment

Inflatable hire has changed considerably since we started. Children's favourite characters change, new types of interactive entertainment become available and customers expect a greater choice of equipment for different spaces and occasions.

We've continued to invest in our hire stock rather than relying solely on the products we started with. Our inflatables are purchased new from established UK manufacturers, allowing us to introduce updated designs and equipment built to the relevant standards.

Safety Is Part of the Business, Not an Optional Extra

Inflatable entertainment needs more than attractive equipment. Correct installation, suitable surfaces, adequate operating space and appropriate supervision are all essential considerations.

At BB Castle Hire, our inflatable equipment is built to the requirements of BS EN 14960 and undergoes inspection by RPII or PIPA inspectors where applicable. Our electrical equipment is PAT tested, and we hold £5 million public liability insurance.

We also provide relevant safety guidance and can supply risk assessments for customers who require them, including schools and event organisers.

We assess installation requirements for the equipment and location, including suitable anchoring, access and available space. Not every inflatable is suitable for every garden or venue, which is why we encourage customers to check the product details carefully before booking.
