DRIVER – FULL-TIME / YEAR-ROUND POSITION

BBcastle Hire is looking for a dependable, motivated Driver to join our growing team. This is a permanent, year-round role with excellent earning potential during our busiest periods. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors and meeting new people, we'd love to hear from you.

Every day is different. You'll be delivering and collecting inflatables and party equipment, setting everything up safely, and helping create fantastic events for our customers across Leicestershire.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive company vehicles safely to customer locations
Load and unload inflatables and equipment
Set up and dismantle bouncy castles, soft play, slides, obstacle courses and event equipment
Carry out safety checks before leaving each hire
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organised
Represent BBcastle Hire to the highest standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Full UK driving licence (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible with working hours, including weekends during busy periods
A practical, can-do attitude with plenty of common sense

WHAT WE OFFER

Full training provided – experience is welcome but not essential

This is an active role rather than an office job. You'll spend your day on the road, meeting customers, setting up equipment and helping deliver memorable events throughout the region.
