Here are a few questions that we get asked on many occasion and if we haven't answered your question please don't hesitate to contact us we will be more than happy help.

Q: What information do you require to book ?

A: We need your name, phone number, email address, the address of venue, the time hire starts, the time we can access for set up and the type of surface the inflatable will be on. If you use our online booking tool the questions are there for you to populate the answers.

Q: What is the latest time I can end my hire?

A: Our standard collections start from 5PM on a first delivered first collected bases, However if you require later collection times, changes are 7PM £10 8PM £20 9PM £30, These extra charges cover staff overtime and fuel as we miss out your collection and return at times chosen. 

Q: What happens if it's raining on the day of my bouncy castle Hire ?

A: We can't help the British weather if it's only light rain don't worry as most of our bouncy castle have sun/rain covers and we have covers for all our fans but if its heavy rain or winds above 24MPH including gusts we have no option but to cancel the bouncy castle hire,  

Q: What happens if I cancel my bouncy castle hire due to illness ?

A: We fully understand things go wrong, all we ask is you let us know ASAP as unfortunately once we arrive to deliver your bouncy castle payment will be due

Q: Access is not very good leading to my house?

A: If you could let us know of any obstacles on booking your bouncy castle arrangements can be made to make a site visit 

Q: How long is the hire of your bouncy castles ?

A: The hire of our bouncy castles are for up to 8 hours but longer can be arranged for an additional cost.  

Q: When do I pay for my hire items?

A: 20% Booking fee is required for Bouncy castle, Slides and fun? foods, 20% Deposit required for Party Packages, Balance is payable in cash on Delivery. 

Q: I am organising a charity event can you help?

A: Yes we can help here at bbcastle hire we love to help local charities, all we ask is proof of charity and charity number, we will work with you in any way we can

Q: My Postcode doesn't show when selecting a delivery address, do you deliver to my area?
A: If your postcode is not listed call us on 0116 2257803 and we will give you a delivery price for your area.

Q: Why can’t I book a Party package online?
A: Because some packages need staff, we need to make sure we have the staff available to provide your package which is the reason packages are not available to book online. Please call us on 01162257803 to book any of our many party packages.

Q: If I pay a deposit do I get it back if I find anyone cheaper or want to cancellation?
A: Deposit's are paid to secure your booking. Deposit's will not be refunded as we have to pay a member of staff for their time to process/cancel booking's and we could potentially have turned a customer away for the time slot and lost work.
